When you use the project enquiry form, the site collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, selected service, project message, and any company name you choose to provide. It also records the submission time.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, the site stores your email address, subscription status, signup source, and timestamps.

Hosting and network providers may also process routine request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Submitted information is used to review and respond to project enquiries, send an enquiry confirmation, notify the Built to Future team, administer newsletter subscriptions, maintain the website, and investigate delivery, security, or abuse issues.

The current website stores form and subscription records in MongoDB, uses Resend to deliver enquiry emails, and uses Cloudflare R2 for public blog and author media managed through the site's publishing tools. If you provide an image or profile information for publication, it may be stored there and displayed publicly. Hosting, database, storage, and email providers may process information in countries other than your own under their service terms.

The current public website does not intentionally add advertising or audience-analytics cookies. Essential hosting or security infrastructure may still use technical identifiers or request logs needed to deliver and protect the service. This section should be updated before adding analytics, advertising, or other tracking technology.

The current implementation does not enforce a fixed automatic deletion period for enquiries or newsletter records. Records may remain in the site database until they are reviewed and removed by an administrator.

You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing info@builttofuture.com. Applicable law may provide additional rights or require some records to be retained.

Built to Future uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no website, database, or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health records, or other highly sensitive information through the enquiry form.
